Anodised Niobium Crystalline Crater Pendant & Brooch

Contemporary silver and anodised niobium pendant inspired by rocks and crystals found in nature. 

The centre features a hand chased sparkling texture, representing the cracks and craters found in rocks. This was made from a flat sheet of niobium, which was anodised using electricity to create the iridescent pink, purple and blue colours. The niobium is invisibly riveted to the silver backing. This piece can be worn as a pendant on a chain (18 inch chain provided), or as a brooch.

Materials: sterling silver, niobium and steel pin.
